modern take on traditional Basque dishes, ENEKO.<\/li><li>Biscayan chef Eneko Atxa had received various honours including Chef of the Year in Europe 2019, a National Prize for Health Gastronomy to the Most Outstanding Personality 2018, and was one of the youngest chefs in Spain obtaining such recognition.<\/li><li>Passion and sensibility, cultural roots, connection with the surrounding territory and its produce define Atxa\u2019s gastronomy, as he creates and generates pleasure and added value to the Basque traditional cuisine.<\/li><li>Constant commitment to health, solidarity and sustainability has earned his restaurants twice the award for the Most Sustainable Restaurant from The World\u2019s 50 Best Restaurants.<\/li><li>Chef Atxa continues his international expansion after opening his restaurants ENEKO in London, in Larrabetzu, in Tokyo and recently ENEKO and BASQUE in
